This is a new 2 room air conditioned unit within the main house on the property. It has its own outside entrance from a courtyard. It is suitable for a short term stay, but has very limited availability.
It is equipped with everything other than a full size stove. In place of the full size stove, there is a microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, and an induction hotplate. All appliances, dishes, and linens are provided. Wifi is provided for computer access. Laundry on-site.
Rates start at $450 / week – all inclusive per LLB 1 terms and conditions. “End of stay – walk away” cleaning option available at $95.
