This is a very special place for a short term stay as a business person, or for someone coming to Victoria as a tourist, to buy real estate, or visiting family. It can also service the needs of a post graduate student, or perhaps could mature into a long term tenancy after a short term lease. Typically our guests are corporate management or RRU faculty or post graduate students.
Located on Langford Lake, this water – access property provides access to a public beach one property away, swimming, hiking trails, quick walking access to sports fields, dry land and ice arenas, a bowling alley, Westshore Mall including Fairway Market which specializes in Asian foods, Quality Foods, City Center Park, and state of the art Cinema Complex, libraries, Hatley Park Heritage center, as well as other attractions, and most importantly – the Westshore Exchange for the Victoria area Transit system.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a separate building in the middle of the property, with private access. It has 2 decks, vaulted ceilings and lots of big windows with some views of the lake from most of them though at times foliage growth on nearby trees may prevent that.
Our intent is that this should be an allergen free unit and as such is a non-smoking/vaping, no pets accommodation best suited to one person, although it can accommodate a couple for a very short time. Please see the Rates Link which lists the rates by season. These include all utilities and internet and hi speed cable access*. The apartment is air conditioned and is fully furnished. Laundry is available on site. The lower floor (garage) is not part of the accommodation. This is a short term stay property though may include a full school year. It is possible that it could become a long term stay situation following a successful short term lease.
